Consistency Works
I'm doing this for consistency purposes. Nothing more nothing less.
I am tired. I believe my creativity juices is exhausted. But, for the sake of being consistent I am here. I'm laying on my bed (well my grandmother's bed) with a third of my laptop hanging off.
To type that last sentence I used only one hand. I picked keys using three of the 5 fingers of one hand. Like a bored kid too lazy to try but not lazy enough to sleep in class.
I can feel the weight of my body gradually numb my left arm.
But consistency is the goal. Nothing more nothing less.
I actually dozed off for 30 seconds for a little juice to continue.
Okay I'm better now. The laptop is on my chest and I'm typing more regular.
Something actually worth reading
I've been my best and worst enemy for a long time. That I am consistent about. As my best friend I've consistently encouraged myself to do and achieve great things. And as my worst enemy I've done the exact opposite. I've forced myself into isolation and have told myself terrible enough things to get me in a rut--sometimes lasting weeks, months, and on one occasion close to two years.

I want to say being consistently active has a lot to do with that cause it does. But I dont want to elaborate on that. I'll just say if you find yourself in a rut try your best to get out get some fresh air even if for 5 minutes. Then the next day try for 6 until you can do a solid 30-45 minutes being active outdoors or in a gym. That's it.
Negative Self Talk
Negative self talk is the voice of death whispering sweet poison in your ears. It whispers until you pick up misaligned habits and CONSISTENTLY drift away from your goals and true self.
You know, consistency works both ways. You can wielded it like a double edged sword to slay the enemy within or slay the friend within.
These days I am on a journey to creative recovery. We gon keep the kid inside alive by any consistent means necessary.
okay i'm done. I'm falling as leep ans just to finish this sentence it prabbly took me 3 minutes.
Okay going to sleep now for real. i just took a 30 second shut eye.
