Who They Are
Harjit Dhaliwal is Senior Product Marketing Manager for Cloud & AI Endpoints at Microsoft, focused on IT Pro community and IT-focused activities and field readiness. Previously, a Cloud Solutions Architect at Microsoft working with enterprise customers on Microsoft 365 technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft Intune , Autopilot, ConfigMgr, Universal Print, patch management, and more. Harjit is also a former Microsoft MVP and has great respect and influence in the IT pro community. He spent almost 20 years as a Senior System Administrator specializing in Windows-based technologies working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Windows Servers, Windows 10/11, System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM), Microsoft Intune, Office 365, patch management, virtualization, security, desktop imaging (OSD), application packaging, print server management, technology training, PowerShell, and VMware (vSphere and Horizon View). Harjit is also a Social Media Strategist and Marketing Expert assisting customers, organizations and events (1st and 3rd party) to promote, engage, influence products and services, as well as build community relationships. Last but not least, Harjit is multi-lingual in English, Malay, Indonesian, Punjabi and Hindi, as well as with conversational French.

We Asked: “If LinkedIn didn’t exist, how would you still make an impact?”
Harjit Said: ”I use any and all social media platforms to make impacts and have the message heard. If all else fails, there’s always a chance of wearing a sandwich board sign and standing on a street corner to amplify! 😊”
