The booming company works on optimizing its customer relationships with a new "tailormade" platform

The 2023 turnaround brought excellent results for the company FGS - Fluid Global Solution, which closed the first half of the year with a 37% increase in turnover compared to the same period in 2022. Among the innovations put in gear by the company founded by Alessandro Biggio, we highlight the launch of the MY FGS app. On the occasion of the EUROPORT 2023 event in Rotterdam, where the La Spezia-based company was present with a booth together with local agent DALLASERRA, we met Simone Trevale, Sales Manager of FGS, who explained the genesis of the MY FGS App, which can be downloaded from both IOS and Android, in PC and smartphone formats.

MY FGS," he explains, "was born out of a desire to provide our customers with better and better service, which is why we decided to develop an application just for them!"

What are the main features?

Thanks to its features, our customers can track all the key information regarding our relationship. Anyone who wishes to do so can write to us at assistant@fluidglobalsolutions.com and request access credentials.

Once they have completed access to the app, customers will be able to monitor the status of offers and orders directly from their smartphones in complete autonomy.

In detail, what is meant by "status" of offer and order?

We mean the level of progress: that is, whether an offer has yet to be sent to the customer and is in the process of being created, whether information is missing, or whether the offer has already been sent. By order "status," on the other hand, we mean whether the order has been received, whether it is being prepared, whether it is ready and waiting to be shipped, whether it has been shipped, or whether it has been rejected.

Does the App configuration include updates?

Of course. We recently introduced the order tracking part. In practice, for all orders shipped it will be possible to view the progress and the position of the order itself directly from the app with all the documentation and all the information related to transport.

How is data protection guaranteed?

To ensure data security and privacy, a USERS section has been inserted from which it is possible to restrict the consultation of documents by individual users.

The ultimate goal is to create an increasingly comprehensive and organic platform from which you can share any information and documentation related to the commercial relationship between FGS and its customers.
