The principle here is that our software is actually monitoring the success or failure of your backup jobs through our remote management platform running in the cloud. When exceptions are actually triggered by our proactive failure management software, our developers treat those as operational issues.

We even take away the burden of doing software updates. Just like in the public cloud, all of the software updates are automated and are non-disruptive. So we can update the software and not interrupt your backup jobs, ensuring that our entire fleet is current and maintained on the same software version, much as the hyper-scale providers do.
