Airlines BBB rating
It was a surprise for me today that Almost all international airlines operators, none of them have +ve bbb rating. Does this mean rating company is bad or no airlines care about customer. If customer are not important to airlines then wondering what is important. People in my group might be thinking what's wrong with me.... till we don't face issues we let go small small things... but when it's major and companies like Lufthansa and Lufthansa Group don't care then we start sharing our bad experiences. Not sure where to approach them or connect them (their website feedback section/contact sends standard message sorry for inconvenience caused)... what would you do if in-convienince causes to you or your family member, please share your thoughts/comments.
