The answer to number one is stop sending out your resume to online ads. In most cases (over 95%) it won't be looked at. Find someone(s) at each company and reach out to them and get to know them and about the company. Don't expect over 1/3 to respond to you so don't give up. Then when you have established a connection ask them about a listed job or if their are any openings your contact knows about.
The answer to number two is you have to know what to say and how to say it so it says what is WOW about you, why you are a possible fit for the job. Be to the point and be brief with your statement at the top of your CV or resume. If you can't grab someone's attention with your skills and ability in a couple of short sentences-------you've lost them. Okay so most of you don't know how to do that but you can learn. Learn from people who have helped and are helping job seekers find jobs. These are the ones who can make you stand out quickly. Because when you can stand out quickly, you will be in the top 10% of jbskrs and the those are the ones who get hired quickly.
