Ltd.: Addressing Unprofessional Customer Support I’m compelled to share my disappointing experience with Leopards Courier Services. Since Friday, I have been trying to reach out to them through their customer chat and helpline, but their response has been nothing short of unprofessional. Chat Support Issues: Every time I connect with their website chat, the agents successfully join the chat and greet me, but then they go completely blank and fail to respond further. Helpline Woes: Their helpline constantly claims that "all agents are busy," yet there’s no progress or indication that I’ll get through to someone. It’s a never-ending wait with no resolution in sight. I’ve attached a screenshot from my chat with their representative (hiding the agent’s name, as this is not about blaming individuals but addressing the system's flaws). As customers, we deserve timely and professional support, especially when relying on courier services for important tasks. Leopards Courier needs to take responsibility for their lack of responsiveness and improve their customer support standards immediately. What does going above and beyond mean to you as a Customer Support? What do you do when you encounter a difficult situation with a customer? As a Virtual Assistant, I often handle multiple tasks for my clients. One occasion stands out: I had a customer who was really stressed about a project that wasn’t going as planned. He was tight on deadline, and the pressure was on. Instead of just sending him an email update, I decided to hop on a quick call to better understand his concerns. I know how much it helps to feel heard, and that phone call made a huge difference. We walked through the issues together, and I helped him create a clear plan to get things back on track.
