As our firm grows, we have a lot to be thankful for this year. But a few things stand out: 1. Several new arrivals for team members, including a baby girl for Keith Dye just yesterday! 2. Clients that place great trust in us to handle their most interesting and important matters. 3. Several great additions to the team, including most recently Will Moore, Lauren Meeler, and Logan Leonard. 4. Our continued winning streak, including several recent case-ending decisions in a variety of different putative class actions.

"Your team was great to work with." I had a call with a facility manager who chose a different security provider due to price. This is fine as we're not the cheapest because we offer quality and speed. Having a team that serves our clients and prospects with respect is a great feeling. This doesn't happen by accident; putting a solid team together takes intention. I think through: - Who do we need for our company? - What do our clients need? - What are the different personalities we need? - How will everyone work together to create a great company?
