In the SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) production, inefficient part placement causes higher costs and lower productivity.
VoxelDance Additive’s 3D nesting feature analyzes the geometry of each part to achieve tighter, more efficient nesting. This feature minimizes empty space and increases overall nesting density, ultimately reducing costs and improving production efficiency.

When working with small and fragile parts during SLS data preparation, VoxelDance Additive's Sub-nester helps pre-nest and securely place delicate components before the sintering box is created. It also offers flexible settings for accuracy, spacing, and rotation, ensuring precise control over the nesting process.

Here is the first quantitative Polarized Light Micrograph of an electropolished industrial plate. A 2.3 cm sq. c-axis image was obtained from the 3”×5” Ti64 plate mounted in the CrystalView sample holder. CrystalView can accommodate large samples or parts thanks to its horizontal configuration and long working distance.
CrystalView offers the fastest imaging – 15 minutes including processing – over 2.3 cm sq. instant field-of-view without cutting the part. CrystalView enables true high-throughput and less destructive testing for large or irregular parts and is more tolerant of less-polished surfaces than any other microscope on the market. This makes CrystalView a unique tool for additive manufacturing. Parts imaged can be put into service.

A Laser Printer is a Printer that uses a focused beam or light to transfer text and images onto paper. Though contrary to popular belief, the Laser does not actually burn the images onto the paper. Ideal for Laser
Marking and Coding at metals or hard products.
