When I stepped onto the stage at the Canterbury Tech Summit last year, speaking to 850 people about our AI journey, I realised something profound: leadership isn't about having all the answers, it's about creating spaces where unexpected conversations can spark real transformation. This year, that philosophy became my roadmap. Whether hosting Unpopular Opinions events, serving on the WORD Christchurch board, or growing Publica, I've been all about breaking down silos and bringing diverse voices together. Some moments that crystallized this approach: • **Unpopular Opinions at TechFest**: We turned "Bootstrap vs. Investment" into a passionate debate that challenged everyone's assumptions.
