Happy Saturday, everyone! Something to think about as you enjoy your weekend. We're all in this together, and that's why the Broker Carrier Summit is so important. If Brokers and Carriers embark on a bold initiative to proactively understand each other and work together as a cohesive group, the freight industry has no choice but to get better. Here are some reasons why any freight broker, motor carrier, or other freight industry stakeholder should make it a point to attend the Broker Carrier Summit Summit in Fort Worth, Texas, this October: 1. Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry leaders and peers (Certified #NonScumbags)to build strong professional relationships. 2. Innovative Solutions: Discover the latest technologies and strategies to enhance your business operations. 3. Educational Sessions: Learn from expert speakers about trends, challenges, and best practices in the freight industry. 4. Collaboration: Foster partnerships that can lead to improved efficiency and profitability for everyone involved. (Within my first hour at the last summit in Kansas City, I engaged with a customer that is giving me enough business to pay for the next 20 Summits) 5. Industry Insights: Gain valuable insights into market dynamics, regulatory updates, and future outlooks. Join us to drive positive change and elevate the freight industry together! Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” — Henry Ford 🚛💪 #Teamwork #FreightIndustry #BrokerCarrierSummit #Collaboration #Innovation #TogetherWeCan #FortWorth2024 Dan Lindsey Robert Bain Dawn Salvucci-Favier Trey Griggs

🌍 World Quality Week 2024: Going beyond standard expectations 🎉 During World Quality Week - an initiative by the CQI | The Chartered Quality Institute - we celebrate a fundamental principle: Quality is everyone's business. This year's theme is particularly inspiring as it reflects our commitment to go beyond the standards expectations. At Axsens bte, quality is our daily guide. Our culture of continuous improvement extends into our operational excellence projects (internal & external): We aim not only to solve our clients' challenges and to help them develop their skills over the long term, but also to continuously upskill our collaborators. 💼 Internally, we also live out this commitment to quality through various working groups: ⭐ QLWC Group (Quality of Life and Working Conditions): Once a month, we review the progress of our actions for an optimal working environment. 🌱 Environmental challenges: Because sustainability is at the heart of our values, our team is dedicated to strengthening our positive environmental impact. ♻️ Our carbon footprint: We have set up regular monitoring of our carbon footprint and its associated action plan, so that we can constantly identify and implement improvement axes. Quality is much more than a process: it's a culture of resilience, innovation 🚀 and social responsibility. During this World Quality Week, we are proud to be an active part of this approach and to support our partners in achieving sustainable excellence. 🤝 #WorldQualityWeek #Quality #OperationalExcellence #ContinuousImprovement #Sustainability #IRCA

🌟 What an incredible experience at the Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA) Thought Leadership event on "Accelerating to Net Zero Logistics"! 🌟 Last week, I had the privilege of attending this fantastic event focused on sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint within the logistics industry. It was a day filled with insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and a glimpse into the future of greener logistics. Here's what made the event truly remarkable: 🔹 **Engaging Panel Discussion**: Industry experts shared their knowledge and innovative strategies to achieve net-zero emissions in logistics. Their perspectives on sustainability were both inspiring and actionable. I would like to thank Catherine Baxter, Lex Forsyth, and Toby Dawson for some wonderful insights into what Team Global Express, Janus Electric, and Tomorrow Together are doing to create a positive impact. 🔹 **Networking with Peers**: Connecting with like-minded professionals in the supply chain industry was invaluable. Sharing ideas and experiences with peers always sparks new collaborations and friendships. 🔹 **Hospitality**: A special thanks to SCLAA for the warm hospitality – the complimentary drink and delicious entrees added a delightful touch to the event. Events like these highlight the importance of coming together to tackle global challenges. I'm excited about the future of sustainable logistics and the role we can all play in making a difference. Massive thanks to Bestrane for sponsoring this event. If you missed this event, I highly encourage you to join us at future SCLAA events. It's an excellent opportunity to stay informed, get inspired, and expand your professional network. Special mentions: Rakesh Bandipelli, Stephen Lakey, Meaghan Siemensma, and David Sanders for making this event possible #NetZeroLogistics #Sustainability #SupplyChain #Networking #SCLAA #ThoughtLeadership #Logistics Looking forward to seeing more of you at our next event! 🚀
