We have commissioned Cranfield University to discover by delivering a new research project developing a comprehensive framework and positioning it as a strategic asset in organisations. Tell me more. The project will explore the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and modern business outcomes. Comprising - review of existing research and case studies across sectors to understand how TQM influences business performance - identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the contribution of quality management to success in areas such as risk management, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - consider emerging trends such as the impact of quality management on the achievement of sustainability goals and explore how digital technologies are reshaping quality (Quality 4.0) We plan to publish a summary of the findings in early summer 2025
