Dozens of Toyota Tsusho America team members from across the globe recently came together for some friendly competition built around Artificial Intelligence. During a two-day immersion workshop focused on the rapidly growing technology, different work groups came together to create theoretical projects using an AI software platform. Several intriguing ideas were developed, with some projects earning special recognition from a panel of judges "I’m really encouraged to see that Toyota Tsusho is investing in events like this to bring people together to look forward into possibilities for the future,” said Mike Atkinson, Sales Manager at Green Metals Canada and member of one of the prize-winning teams. THE FUTURE OF WORK: AI, ROBOTS, AND THE HUMAN TOUCH! 🤖🤝 On October 16th, I'll speak at the Limassol Economic Forum (Cyprus) about how AI and robots will impact the future of leadership and work. 🌍 Premise: We are on the verge of a revolution 🚀 AI is no longer science fiction, but a reality transforming our working lives. In a few years, millions of hyper-intelligent, versatile robots will follow. https://lnkd.in/euSBK5rF In my talk, I will explore: 1) Blitz-scaling: How companies can use AI to accelerate growth and gain a competitive edge. 2) The role of humans: Why empathy, creativity, and relationships will become even more important in an AI-driven world. 3) Digital docking: How AI and robots can be seamlessly integrated into organizations. 4) Work-life fusion: Farewell to 9-to-5, hello to flexibility and work-life balance. 5) New organizational forms: How AI promotes decentralization and agile teams. 6) Human-AI partnerships: How we can leverage the strengths of both human intuition and AI's analytical and creative abilities. By the way, I'll be in Denmark from October 29th to November 1st. 🧭 I'll speak for Danish Industry and 3F – Fagligt Fælles Forbund, as well as at an event at The Danish Parliament - Folketinget. I have a few gaps in my schedule, so send me a private message if you have any ideas for good stuff!

🚗 "We can only learn from the mistakes we are aware of," says Josef Pilný, coordinator of Škoda Auto’s assembly line, who has been with the company for 16 years. He especially focuses on modernization through digital tools. He also contributed to his long-term mission with the successful project Direct Quality Feedback based on dProduction, which deservedly won the 2023 IDC Digital Future Awards. 🏆 💡 The project introduced gamification into the process. How does it work? Chceck it out here: https://lnkd.in/eDYdaQez #SkodaAuto #digitalization #AI #innovation #manufacturing #exploremore

In the last two posts, we explored the fact automation doesn’t replace imagination and that perhaps we have reached the end of the traditional bastions of brand. The Rabbit Hole now brings this thinking together: 🔶 Exploring the stages of imagination enhancement as AI continues to advance – using the 6 stages of autonomous driving as a framework. 🔶 Sharing the IMAGINE framework that introduces principles for fostering a unique synergy between human creativity and AI in strategy development. Fundamentally what I’m taking away as I scale knowledge and double down on imagination is: 🔷 Rabbit Hole Exploration: Dive deeply into complex problems and unknowns, actively seeking new insights and unconventional solutions. Allow AI to support this exploration by introducing varied data and perspectives that encourage creative deviations and open new avenues for breakthrough thinking. 🔷 Innovative Connections: Use AI not just to streamline tasks but as a tool to forge unexpected and transformative links between ideas. By blending diverse inputs, I can fuel creativity, discover new patterns, and ultimately reach innovative, high-impact solutions that may otherwise go unnoticed. 🔷 Growth Opportunities: Embrace AI as a partner in identifying untapped markets and sectors, using its predictive capabilities to unlock growth opportunities. Yet, the real differentiation lies in applying human judgment to steer these insights, ensuring that the pursuit of growth remains both imaginative and ethically grounded. On a personal level, in the digital age, I feel like we’ve developed too much stuff that’s built for algorithms rather than people and we shouldn’t allow AI to just make this worse... Full write-up in the comments 🕳️ We have now reached part 3 of 3 🐰

If your business isn’t leveraging AI strategically by now, you’re already behind. AI isn’t the future it’s the present. The tools are evolving at lightning speed: → Tesla’s Model Q is set to make autonomous driving accessible to the masses. → OpenAI’s Sora is reshaping video creation for businesses and individuals alike. → Quantum computing breakthroughs are rewriting what we thought was technologically possible. → AI systems like Bland.ai are transforming customer experiences with precision, intelligence, and empathy. Most organizations adopt these tools without a clear purpose. As someone who has spent years aligning AI solutions with business strategy, here’s what I’ve learned: The winners in 2025 won’t be the ones with the best tools. They’ll be the ones asking the right questions (skill of the future): ↦ How does this technology solve a real business problem? ↦ Is it designed to scale responsibly and ethically? ↦ Does it enhance human creativity and decision-making, or just automate tasks? (Repost if you found it useful ♻️) P.S. The future belongs to those who combine vision with action. Start today.

ICYMI: We recently caught up with Philip Becker-Ehmck, Research Scientist at the Machine Learning Research Lab @ Volkswagen Group, to discover how ClearML has improved their MLOps workflow. He says, “We chose ClearML because it gave us an all-in-one solution that suited our needs the most while being intuitively usable. Usability by researchers and ML engineers without Kubernetes knowledge was an absolute priority. In particular, advanced workflows like hyperparameter searches beyond random search and multi-step workflows needed to be manageable. As well, we’ve seen a lot of systems come and go in the MLOps space, so we really appreciated the maturity of the platform and the community support and adoption it has. Lastly, we thought the pricing was very competitive, and that helped seal the deal for us.” Want to know more?
