Thesis Headquarters, designed by LEVER, is a 40,000-square-foot office building in Portland, Oregon, designed to accommodate hybrid work with a flexible layout. The mass timber structure features Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels and glulam columns, fabricated by Timberlab, highlighting the use of sustainable and regional materials. The building’s LEED Gold design includes ample daylight, energy-efficient systems, and on-site solar panels. The project integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, connecting the building to both its urban and natural surroundings. LEVER’s design incorporates a ground-floor all-hands space for events and gatherings, supporting collaboration and community interaction.
