Truth.
My previous company allowed me to spend time with the HR Department, it gave me understanding on how challenging it is to be diplomatic to ensure you satisfy both the executives and the employees. Being the middle person is not always easy, in the recruitment side, there's high pressure to bring in talent and it's outside of your control if they don't show up in the interview or they suddenly backed out.
As someone who has never worked in recruiting I can, in fact, confirm that I know more about recruiting than you do 😁
