Each year, the CCCAOE board gathers for its Board Retreat to strategize and plan for the next year. This year, we added a campus tour to our 3 days of work. This tour was at San Diego City College. We are energized by the fantastic hosts and guides, including Sasha Knox, Ed.D, Associate Dean of Strong Workforce and Career Education, who gave the board a comprehensive tour of many CTE programs and facilities. It was a great reminder of why we do this work. Orange County Region, we are coming to you in January 2025.   WHY THIS WORK MATTERS   As each college strives to meet workforce needs in the ever-changing landscape of education, CCCAOE brings stakeholders together to share best practices and advocate for excellence in career education throughout the state. Professional development is designed to help prepare members for future industry and education trends, and to improve student success and employment.
