My key advice is to ensure that you secure senior executive buy in and sponsorship. It's crucial for the success of any tech initiative, but also those, more importantly, you know, those that are at the forefront of technology. You want to make sure to communicate the strategic value of technology, show how it aligns with your company's goals, and involve those senior executives in the key decision points. Their support will help overcome resistance from others in the organization. You also want to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement with those senior executives leading by example. For example, with the launch of our generative AI tool Air, our CFO was really critical in showing the organization that not only was he sponsoring the technology, but he was also a user of the technology.
