These are all part of my standard practice. ➡️ Original research to identify new talent ➡️ Leveraging current database for expedited pipeline development ➡️ Tapping into leadership network for recommendations ➡️ Development of “high target list” for aggressive outreach, top 15+ candidates ➡️ Amplifying role in LinkedIn and other channels If these steps aren’t implemented, then it’s not being done right.
