When you’re deciding to work with a recruiter, ask about their GTM approach. These are all part of my standard practice. ➡️ Original research to identify new talent ➡️ Leveraging current database for expedited pipeline development ➡️ Tapping into leadership network for recommendations ➡️ Development of “high target list” for aggressive outreach, top 15+ candidates ➡️ Amplifying role in LinkedIn and other channels If these steps aren’t implemented, then it’s not being done right. Don’t just view hiring in the present tense i.e. something you’re either doing or not doing right now 👇 The most successful GTM leaders I’ve worked with, always want to speak to relevant A-players, regardless of whether there is ‘open’ headcount. It doesn’t need to be in abundance. Just speaking to one person a month will pay off in the long run and build a nice talent pipeline. If you get an interesting referral, spot a profile you like on LinkedIn, or meet someone at an event – talk to them about your business and explore whether there’s a connection. When you do have a spot to fill, you’ll have a ready-made talent pool you can hit up. #sales #gtm #recruitment Transcend GTM | Talent Acquisition

🌟 The Power of Passive Candidates in Executive Recruitment 🌟 In today’s competitive hiring landscape, the best talent isn’t always actively seeking new opportunities—especially at the executive level. Many high-performing leaders are focused on driving success in their current roles, making them “passive candidates.” As an executive recruiter, I specialize in connecting with these hidden gems—industry veterans who bring unparalleled expertise, a proven track record, and the vision to take businesses to the next level. Why are passive candidates so valuable? 💡 They’re highly skilled and selective, driven by opportunities that align with their long-term goals. 💡 Their experience at C-suite and VP levels often translates into immediate impact for your organization. 💡 They offer fresh perspectives and strategies that can energize teams and drive growth. If you’re looking for transformational leaders in the U.S. Food and Beverage market, I’d love to help you find your next game-changer. Let’s discuss how the right candidate can expand your business.

When searching for talent, its a common practice to divide skills and domain expertise between "must haves" and "nice to haves." But don't forget about soft skills: ➡ Communication - Not just speaking, but also listening ➡ Cultural alignment - Sharing similar values and motivators found within the organization ➡ Decision making - Reflecting the right kind of discernment for role, ability to flex between levels of urgency and decisions Yes, make sure you check key boxes. But also get a holistic sense of a candidate's capability. Talentfoot Executive Search and Staffing

This means: - Articulating your company’s growth and success clearly - Connecting on an emotional level with high performers - Demonstrating genuine care for their aspirations - Ensuring your team member or recruiting partner can convey this effectively When candidates feel your passion and commitment, they’re far more likely to choose your company. Imagine you are leveraging an authentic dialogue that resonates EVERY single time. Recruiting is no longer just about filling positions; it’s about selling opportunities. 📌 Recruiting is a sales function. The companies that truly understand this are the ones that will win the war for talent. Why? 👉 Because recruiting is about more than job descriptions and qualifications, it’s about crafting an irresistible value proposition, building trust, and nurturing relationships with top talent. Those who fail to recognize this will find themselves overspending on recruiting efforts and still coming up short. In a job market where talent has more choices than ever, you’re not just hiring; you’re marketing your company’s culture, growth opportunities, and mission to candidates who now hold the upper hand. Companies that approach recruiting like sales; focusing on engagement, personalization, and compelling messaging will build teams that drive their business forward. ❓ Are you selling your company well enough to attract and retain the talent you need? #Recruitment #TalentAcquisition #HiringStrategy #EmployerBranding #HRLeadership #FutureOfWork #WarForTalent #HumanResources
