This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the incredible contributions of women in society. At Resources for Human Development (RHD), we are honored to have strong, resilient, and compassionate women who make our organization stronger every day by providing quality services. One of those inspiring women is Cha'Khandra Reese, Clinical Manager for RHD Mobile Crisis Intervention Unit (MCIU). Reese gives her all to the program, working tirelessly to ensure its success. She is always willing to go the extra mile, putting in countless hours to support the team whenever needed. As a leader, Reese meets each staff member where they are, providing individualized support that empowers them to succeed. Despite being part of program leadership, she steps into any role necessary to keep the unit running smoothly. Her dedication, flexibility, and unwavering commitment make a lasting impact on both staff and participants. Thank you, Reese, for your leadership and tireless dedication. We are grateful to have you at RHD—because together, we’re better. Together, we’re RHD! #WomensHistoryMonth #RHD #StrongerTogether
