Resources for Human Development’s Post

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the incredible contributions of women in society. At Resources for Human Development (RHD), we are honored to have strong, resilient, and compassionate women who make our organization stronger every day by providing quality services. One of those inspiring women is Rachel Quiteh, Nurse Manager for RHD PIER LTSR. She is the ultimate team player, always stepping in where needed—whether assisting in the nursing station, leading nutritional groups, or simply sitting with a participant during meals. Rachel goes above and beyond, taking participants to appointments, educating them on the importance of hygiene, and even coming in on weekends to fill in when necessary. She provides a safe space for participants to express concerns about their health and medications while being a fierce advocate for ensuring they receive the best possible care. But perhaps what makes Rachel truly stand out is her unwavering energy and positivity. She connects effortlessly with both staff and participants, bringing warmth and enthusiasm to every task, big or small. Her cheerful presence and tireless dedication make a lasting impact on everyone around her. Thank you, Rachel, for your dedication and the impact you make every day. We are grateful to have you at RHD—because together, we’re better. Together, we’re RHD! #WomensHistoryMonth #RHD #StrongerTogether
