Initially, I was unsure whether to proceed for several reasons - - I wasn’t actively seeking a change. - was interested in opportunities at larger companies (not actively looking for a change, but open to a good offer). - The company was relatively new in the market. I initially declined. So, what changed my mind? I saw a post from AtliQ Technologies about introducing menstrual leave for female employees. They were the first company in Vadodara to take such a significant step. Despite being relatively new in the market and already offering various leave benefits, they decided to introduce this policy without concern for its potential impact on productivity. Seeing that post made a strong impression on me. It was at that moment I decided that when I do start actively looking for new opportunities, AtliQ will be my top choice.
