We have modified industrial cell manufacturing equipment to operate within the stringent thresholds of our proprietary reconditioning process to produce comprehensively tested, individually graded lithium cells that perform so well, we guarantee it with warranty! That equates to 166 tonnes of CO2 emissions prevented from being produced by our RE-ENERGY works. What we will do with 260,000 cells this year? …. -10% will be used to repair customers lithium battery packs -30% will be reassembled into Ebike and e-scooter packs for retail sales -2% will be gifted (fully graded), to any research organisation who wishes to study the cells second life cycle. -58% will be stockpiled for when we secure funding enough to construct our low-cost, shallow footprint, transportable microgrid huts for; * indigenous communities; diesel powered grid replacement ( resident participation in preventative maintenence) * remote regional WA; stations strategically placed to bridge gaps in services such as; EV charging, 4g/5g signal boosters, remote infrastructure, mining exploration and infrastructure m. >Supplemental microgrid within regional wind farms to assist with; black starts, over speed and under speed conditions critical systems UPS in fault scenarios . This underscores hydrogen’s pivotal role in industrial decarbonization. ➡Production Capacity Surge: Announced projects could deliver up to 15.7 Mt/year of clean hydrogen by 2030, though only 4.4 Mt/year is in advanced stages. The challenge lies in scaling these projects from feasibility to execution. ➡Hydrogen Infrastructure: Countries like Belgium and the Netherlands are leading with national hydrogen networks, essential for the transport and storage of hydrogen. Investment in infrastructure is critical to ensuring hydrogen can meet growing demand across Europe. ➡Electrolyser Manufacturing: European electrolyser capacity is growing, but to meet ambitious targets, manufacturing capacity must expand by 150% annually. ➡Hydrogen Mobility: The shift towards hydrogen in heavy-duty transport, including trucks and buses, is gaining momentum. However, further infrastructure development, including refuelling stations, is needed. ➡Costs and Financing: The hydrogen sector requires between €50-100 billion annually until 2050.
