MSD Korea announced on January 21 that it received the ‘Family-Friendly Certification' from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, as well as the 'WELL Certification' Gold grade from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), in recognition of its efforts to enhance the well-being of its employees and promote work-life balance. MSD Korea explained that it is implementing ESG (Environment, Society, and Governance) management with a focus on improving medical accessibility, employee well-being, sustainability, ethics, and values. At BCGE, we're dedicated to championing gender equality across Myanmar, empowering businesses and organisations to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces. Between 2018 and 2024, we've been privileged to support 39 of our member organisations through their journey to gender equality, culminating in the presentation of 41 gender reports across Global Certification - EDGE, Regional Level Assessment - GEARS, and National Level Assessment - KYWGE. This year, at our "𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬" 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 held on March 29th, we were thrilled to present 𝟏𝟏 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 with Assessment Completion Seals for their outstanding commitment and achievement in gender equality through the GEARS and KYWGE assessments during 2023-2024.
