Our corporate team has advised Shore Capital Markets as nominated adviser and sole bookrunner to Cake Box Holdings plc, on an equity fundraising through a placing and retail offer, in order to part finance the acquisition of Ambala Foods Limited, a prestigious Asian sweet manufacturer based in London.
