Access TeleCare equipped one behavioral health hospital with a medical director and a full team of behavioral health professionals to help it eliminate its coverage gaps. The fully virtual program delivered significant efficiencies for the facility, including an 11 percent improvement in daily census and a 20 percent decrease in average length of stay.
