This position supports and maintains XXXX's global standards and develops editorial and video content for intranet, publications newsletters, e-boards, presentations and other internal communication channels. This role works closely with members of the XXXX Communications Team and supports communications for both locations.   What You’ll Do Develops, directs and executes internal communications plan for the X sites to ensure they are aligned with global narrative, its’ people-focused achievements, People Strategy, company culture/values and other topics to support the company as a great place to work. I asked which of two similar positions seemed like a better fir for me. (I wanted to establish a dialog). Recruiter's answer to me on LI: "It is the same position - we just change title to attract different talent the JD is the same. I reviewed your resume and did not see any Pharma experience If I missed that experience, let me know." ME, thinking out loud..."Pharma! The job description is all about communicating to employees.
