I was doing some maintenance of my go/ links [1] and came across some old links of 1:1's with people that no longer work at Google. Some nostalgia flared up. We often see empty posts that reek of virtue signaling. And not enough celebrating just great people (and engineers, in our case). So, call out for some outstanding people that worked with in my teams and I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone: Raluca Tocmag - was a fantastic & pragmatic TPgM for our Frameworks & Production Platform a few years back. Michael Wildpaner - amazing TL, manager, peer, partner, eng leader, geek Celebrate your best people, present & past. [1] One of the best productivity tools that Google has that I honestly don't know why this is not everyone's first utility you'd build in your company... anyway, I digress.

Perplexity Aravind Srinivas I’ve been feeling let down by Google lately. Yet I still tell my friends to "Google it" when what I really mean is... Perplexity. The problem? "Just Perplexity it" doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue. So, I’ve been thinking, what about "Plex it"? It’s short. Snappy. Memorable. Now, I’m curious: What are you calling it when you use Perplexity instead of Google? 👇 Comment below, let’s start a conversation. Let’s make "Plex it" happen. 🚀
