➡ Exciting career opportunity! Cool job destroying Papua's rainforests as fast as possible. Check it out!!! These bulldozers are part of a shipment of 2000 being offloaded by Jhonlin and other companies involved for the world's largest deforestation project, a state-backed effort to establish 7.4 million acres of "Food and Energy Estates" in Papua, Indonesia on intact forest and rare savannas - while displacing the Indigenous communities who call it home. Much of the land is endangered tree kangaroo and endangered Bird of Paradise habitat. The stated purpose of all this destruction is to grow sugarcane ethanol for gas tanks and rice (largely for export). It's a heavy and tragic price to pay given the availability of 10 million hectares of degraded lands where agriculture can be expanded without threatening native ecosystems. This single project is likely to cause a full gigaton of climate pollution - and undermine Indonesia's amazing progress on reducing deforestation that has revived the country's reputation as a source of sustainable agricultural products. We hope the new Indonesian government will take another look at a project that is undermining the new administration's environmental and economic goals.

Here are some of examples of the checklist before entering confine space. 1) Valid Entry Permit : issue and verified by supervisors, hse, and authorise manager 2)Sufficient Ventilation : Ensure that the blower was powered on and adequate. 3) Sufficient Lighting : Adequate lighting and approved type of lighting. 4) Tag No. 2 : Have valid confine space tag. 5) Gas Meter : At least one gas meter per group. 6) Alert Attendant : Informed Confined Space Attendant. Note : Gas Check was done by the Authorise Gas Tester (HSE Permit Assesor ) prior to entry during permit issuance stage.
