Sasa Inti Cikarang. This simulation is a crucial component of the company's commitment to ensuring worker safety, particularly for those working in confined space areas. Key learning points from today's simulation : - Implementation of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures before confined space entry - Proper use of gas detectors for air quality monitoring - Victim evacuation techniques using tripod and full body harness - Importance of pre-simulation briefing and post-simulation debriefing This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into the complexities and challenges of confined space rescue operations. It was impressive to witness how rescue team worked efficiently and cohesively throughout the simulation. Special thanks to PT Sasa Inti's SHE department Mr. M.
