We’re excited to share a big update from our team. We’ve just launched the Banyan Software Foundation with a $100 million commitment of stock over the coming years to leverage technology for a greener and more equitable world. 🌍💡 The Foundation has already made its first two multi-year $1 million grants—one to Merit America, which helps workers upskill and increase their earning potential, and one to TransitionZero, which provides essential tools for the transition to clean energy in low- and mid-income countries. We’re also investing in our people with several new employee programs, including: > A Learning & Development Fund to support certifications and career growth > An Employee Relief Fund to assist during unexpected hardships > A Volunteer Time Off program to encourage community engagement These initiatives continue to bring our vision to life—to build a company that not only provides the best permanent home for businesses but also makes a greater positive impact on the world.
