The Kitchen Showdown Imagine handing a recipe book to someone(like me) and expecting them to whip up a gourmet meal on their first day in the kitchen. Odds are They burn the dosas, undercook the idli’s, leave the kitchen looking like a war zone! Isn’t that what happens When the fresh talents Enter the job market! They have the recipe .. the degree but the actual cooking skills?? (industry experience and practical know-how).! How do we fix this? Hands-on training = Practice chopping and sautéing Transitioning skills like softskiils Internships = Real kitchen experience under a seasoned chef Experiential learning Education reform = Adding practical lessons to the recipe book Gather by experience Let’s help our graduates cook up success in the real world! What’s your secret ingredient?
