NHAZCA has recently successfully completed the audit for #gender equality certification, reaffirming the company's commitment to fostering an #inclusive and #equitable work environment that values diversity and equal #opportunities. The certification is based on the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guideline, developed by the Department for Equal Opportunities Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali in collaboration with Unioncamere - Unione italiana delle Camere di commercio, industria, artigianato e agricoltura. This framework encourages Italian companies to adopt concrete #policies for gender equality through self-assessment tools and continuous improvement. In line with these principles, NHAZCA also stands out for a significant #female presence in its workforce, with women representing 53% of the team. Always attentive to #social responsibility, NHAZCA has already implemented a Corporate #Ethics Code inspired by the Organizational Model 231, aimed at ensuring transparency, #integrity, and respect for human rights. Achieving this certification marks a further step forward toward a sustainable and inclusive management model.
