Great insight on things your sales team should consider during Hurricane season. After back-to-back storms, scheduling that meeting to debut your demo is most likely delayed another few weeks or through the holidays.
As Hurricane Milton approaches Florida on the heels of Hurricane Helene, we wanted to share some thoughts with our clients and others in the industry. If you find this valuable, either as a SLED professional or someone working in government, please share it with your network. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the storm's path and we at CSG are here if we can help. #SLEDSales #PublicSectorSales #GovernmentSales #DisasterPreparedness #HurricaneResponse #TechForGovernment #EmergencyManagement #SalesStrategy #TechnologySolutions #DigitalTransformation https://wix.to/WwTjOGy

Dealing with disaster What is your contingency plan? We all know in the world of events we need to have a plan B, luckily we rarely have to put it into action. The recent Hurricane in Florida was, however, an example of when plan B was needed. We would like to thank i3 Events for sharing their experience. https://hubs.la/Q02TbRWM0 #eventplanners #eventprofs #conferenceplanners #eventplanning #independenteventplanners #pco #festivalplanners

It's the middle of hurricane season which means I need to write my annual update on the Florida Hurricane Cat Fund and whether it can survive another year. Even with no storms last year, the outlook is sobering. The only way FHCF can remain viable is if there are no storms for a long time. Of course, if there are no storms for a long time, then the insurers didn't need FHCF cover, so it is quite a paradox! If you need it, FHCF cover may not be there for you. If you don't need it, there is a chance it may be there in the future. That's quite the sales pitch! Today's post is part I of II. Yes, there is so much to cover I had to split it up. https://lnkd.in/gSKW3JMp
