Hey Friends, I want to share something about Current Hiring Scenario compare with Past Scenario! Exactly 2 Years Back My seniors selected in one MNC on-campus Drive! All of my seniors who are 2022 Batch Passed outs they are all know the C language and good command in Project what they have done in college. Out of 100 Applicant's 40 to 50 selected for the interview! and one thing is surprising for me whole 40 applicant's interviewers ask same question 🙃 that is 📌find the factorial and🫥 Prime Number! that's it they are all working now and also Doing Hardwork present they are all Software Developers 👨💻 But today company expect the candidates with {Java/python + SQL/Mongo DB + HTML5 + CSS3 + JavaScript + one Framework either Backend or Frontend + Git + AWS /Docker and so... on! } and ATS friendly resume with 70+ score 😕 Fresher with Minimum 1 Year Experience🤔 🤯I don't no one thing Leet code introduce to companies by so called Amazons & Microsoft working Professionals...... I Know 100% my seniors didn't create the Leet Code account also, but they are good and smart at what they have! ⏳Due to Unemployment and computation is the reason for change the current hiring scenario 🤔🤔 share your thoughts 💭 #current #scenario #hiring

My elder shared a job post blog for java fresher role. I Google search about the job post via their company website and their career page. But the career page didn't show the Java fresher role. My elder strongly believes it is real blog. But the address of company in Google says the company is " temporarily closed" , the customer care number didn't pick up their call , and the job link is not directly viewing in the company careers page instead the given link from blog opens a Microsoft form for the candidate to register details. #job #jobsearch #hiring #career How to convince the elder that it is fake? I am planning to take that elder directly with me to show the address in Person. Is it right ?

Recently, Gave a Microsoft Interview Round for Senior Frontend Developer Role with my senior - Chirag Goel Sir (Frontend Engineering Manager at Microsoft). It was a pure Javascript based round and I am happy to share that I was able to crack it with just the javascript concepts. The interview mostly covered topics around:- 1. Currying and chaining Functions 2. Apply, Call, Bind and lexical this of Javascript. 3. Two - Way Data binding concept of Javascript that popuplar frameworks like angular, vuejs etc uses. Although it was a mock interview round for Youtube but the rush to give a mock interview for your dream company is sure thrilling. Do watch complete video as it covers solutions as well and learn from it and my mistakes. ⬇️ Video Link is in comments below Please see, i was also nervous due to no preparation but fortunately it went well. Should I take mock interviews too for freshers on my channel? #frontendinterview #javascriptquestions #fresher

Being a #fresher is current scenario is tough... but I got this question from many students and recent grads, that what would I do differently for #placements, if I've been a fresher right now... Well, if I have to restart my placement preparation(assuming I have the same industry knowledge and insights, which I gained with these years of experiences and connections) here's what I would have done: 1>>> 10 medium and 20 hard questions of all important 7 data structures and 12 algorithms. By this way, I will have a limit to #DSA, and will be able to finish it on time. Coz no matter what bhaiyas-didis say on YouTube, DSA is still relevant for interviews(But it's also true that we just need 300-400 questions only) 2>>> #MachineLearning, from it's core, with books like Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach, and strictly no YouTube videos, as there are no complete resources as industry needs on YT. 3>>> Replace OS theory with #Linux practicals, Networking theory with #NetworkTroubleshooting practicals for interview/job requirements. 4>>> Focus more on backend like #containers and #kubernetes, as compared to frontend and #javascript(React, Node, blah...blah...blahhh). 5>>> Focused more on fine tuning #GPT's and creating my own LLMs, as compared to using #LLM APIs. 6>>> Be truthful, and confident, to clear my #family for not putting deadlines on me to get a job. Sit with them to make them understand current IT market situation(This is specific to my family as there is no one from IT background, so I have the responsibility to make myself and them aware of current situation.) If point 6 is taken care of... I believe, it will be easy for me to work on point 1-5 and make myself industry ready. And make myself ready to what best IT work is happening in industry... to get a job which is worth contributing to and create something interesting there. P.s.: Making efforts to build #india_ki_biggest_open_dev_community will add links to comments. Do share your thoughts on this write-up and content that shared on dev community, would love to read and respond to both.

Over the past six months, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct more than 100 interviews for Java developers across various experience levels, from freshers to professionals with up to 10 years of experience. One thing that stands out to me is how the industry’s expectations are evolving, especially with the rise of product-based organizations. In today’s fast-paced tech environment, being skilled in machine coding, algorithms, and DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) is no longer enough. While these skills are foundational, product-based companies are looking for engineers who can also excel in system design and architecture—especially if you have more than 5 years of experience. The focus is now on building scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems, and the ability to design and architect solutions plays a crucial role in your career progression. Here’s what I’ve observed: Many candidates excel at machine coding and have a solid understanding of DSA, but when it comes to system design and architecture, there seems to be a gap in exposure and expertise. In many cases, candidates struggle to dive deeper into the intricacies of system design or explain their approach to large-scale architectures in detail. This is an area that often gets overlooked, but it’s critical for senior developers and architects. For those actively looking for new opportunities, my advice is simple: don’t just stop at DSA. Start investing time in learning system design fundamentals, and take it a step further by gaining practical experience in designing systems and architectures. Whether it’s through courses, mock interviews, or real-world projects, the more you practice, the more comfortable you’ll be discussing complex systems at scale. The bar has been raised, and if you want to stand out in interviews and in your career, it’s essential to be proficient not only in writing efficient code but also in designing robust, scalable systems. Keep growing, keep learning, and stay ahead of the curve. #Java #SystemDesign #SoftwareEngineering #CareerAdvice #TechInterviews #ProductBasedCompanies #EngineeringLeadership

🚀 **Why Freshers and Early-Career Developers Are Facing Challenges in the Job Market** 🚀 The job market is tough for freshers and professionals with 2-3 years of experience in tech roles like Front-End, Back-End, Android, iOS, .NET, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, C++, and more. Why? 1️⃣ **Economic Uncertainty**: Budget cuts and hiring freezes are impacting the job market, especially for entry-level roles. 2️⃣ **Increased Competition**: Thousands of new graduates join the workforce every year, and many mid-level developers (2-3 years of experience) are applying for junior roles, making it harder for freshers to stand out. 3️⃣ **Skills Mismatch**: Employers need practical, hands-on experience with modern technologies. Whether it's Python, Java, PHP, or C++, candidates often lack the industry-relevant skills needed to hit the ground running. 4️⃣ **Focus on Experience**: Many companies are prioritizing experienced candidates who can contribute immediately, reducing opportunities for those early in their careers. 5️⃣ **Rise of Specialized Roles**: As fields like AI, cloud computing, and data science grow, generalist roles in programming languages may be harder to find. 6️⃣ **Automation & AI**: Automation is replacing routine tasks, reducing the number of entry-level positions available. <> How can you stand out? </> 🔑 **Keep Learning**: Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and tools. If you're in Java, explore Spring Boot or cloud platforms. For Python, dive into AI and machine learning. 🔑 **Gain Real-World Experience**: Build projects, contribute to open-source, or freelance to showcase your skills. 🔑 **Develop Soft Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are in high demand. The job market is competitive, but with continuous learning and hands-on experience, opportunities will come! 💻🚀 #TechJobs #DeveloperJobs #CareerGrowth #Java #Python #PHP #C++ #Android #iOS #SoftwareDevelopment #JobSearch #Upskilling #TechIndustry
