Hello to all the Freshers out there trying to upskill themselves in full stack development. This post is for you! Sending resumes to corporate people with standard resumes, common projects and a little bit of high level knowledge of frontend and backend is not something which will be helping you on a longer run. accept this fact that u need to change the way u see things. let me tell u the only possible way to become a good developer in the coming days. whether you are working on frontend or backend, keep this one thing in mind, "U need to know what code you are writing, why you are writing and the logic behind it" what I have seen is that freshers are simply putting code from different sources and using it without understanding its core use case. Let me take an example: U need to create a backend server, and u chose express js now without knowing what's a server , what's express , how http works. how to allow clients to access this server (CORS) how to manage environmental variables how to switch variables for different stages like development, production or testing. how to setup middlewares and use its powers design principles for APIs like REST API. It's not correct, people are just selling their courses. Think this way first choose your module like front or back end and try to explore both modules, and pick any one of them then master in one of the languages and libraries, if you pick Front-End then go with react, angular and so on, if back-End pick one language which consists of OOPs concept and Database, then create a good resume , you are good to go for applying for jobs, then you have 2-3 years experience in your modules at that time you switch to a new module then you apply for a Full stack developer. All of my seniors who are 2022 Batch Passed outs they are all know the C language and good command in Project what they have done in college.
