Nando's UK & IRE’s Post

Hats off to Jacob, who recently completed his Level 2 Apprenticeship 🥳🎓 Jacob joined our restaurant team in Walkden after seeing an advert for our apprenticeship programme. He’d just finished at college, and told us “When I left college, I wanted to start working and gain some experience. The Nando’s apprenticeship programme was the perfect fit as I’m gaining a qualification too. “I really enjoyed it; the best part is meeting new people. I worked across all roles within the restaurant, both front of house and back of house, which gave me a real insight into how the business operates. I’m still working out what I want to do next, but I know this apprenticeship is going to give me great foundations for my career.” Find out more about our apprenticeships here >> https://lnkd.in/eZWrnDCJ #NandosLife

Congratulations, Jacob! Nando’s Casa truly stands as a global inspiration center. I have witnessed countless apprentices thrive under my supervision as part-timers. They embraced the Nando’s culture, taking on various roles in both BOH and FOH, and felt immense pride in being part of the Nandoca family. Today, many of them hold higher executive positions in multinational corporations, with some even working abroad. Although they may not be in the same industry, they built their career foundations at the remarkable Nando’s Bangladesh 🇧🇩. Wishing all apprentices at Nando’s the best as you embark on your journey as Nandocas!
