Well-prepared managers are key to driving change in health and social care industry. 🏥💼 Our degree apprentice at Stockport Council, Ben Wilson, shared the project he developed during his apprenticeship. The REaCH project (Reablement and Community Home Support) introduced a new case management system, changing how care is delivered in the community.
