🌺 What an unforgettable experience at the Cyber Forensics Five-0 Challenge held during the 2025 NDIA POST Conference. MC3 Technologies teaming up with the Pacific Technology Cooperation Group and National Defense Industrial Association - (NDIA) to support Hawaii’s future cyber defenders is always an honor, but this year, something really touched my heart. 💕 Watching high school students tackle real-world cyber investigations with so much determination was incredible. They worked through complex challenges, pushed their limits, and showed just how bright the future of cybersecurity is in Hawaii. But the moment that truly stayed with me? Meeting the Ewa Makai Middle School Robotics and Drone teams. Talking with these kids, I could see something special…a spark ✨, a passion, a genuine excitement for learning. They spoke about their mentors with such admiration, the people who took the time to guide them, encourage them, and make them believe in themselves. It was a powerful reminder that if we want to grow Hawaii’s cyber workforce, we have to start young. We have to nurture that spark, give kids the tools and opportunities to dream big, and show them that there’s a place for them in this world. This isn’t just about cybersecurity. It’s about investing in the next generation, about giving them hope, about making sure they know we believe in them. To all the mentors, teachers, and volunteers who make this possible, thank you!
