HJ Consulting Engineers Ltd are pleased to be working with The Booth Group and Geo2 on the Peak Gateway Resort, providing earthworks modelling and design support. Consented on 283 acres (114 hectares) of reclaimed former opencast land, PEAK proposes the UK’s first purpose-built national park gateway ‘resort town’. PEAK Gateway will offer visitors world-class facilities and services as a base from which to access the trails and attractions of the 550 square mile National Park. Planning approvals totalling 1.8mft2(168,000m2) have been granted to facilitate a multi-branded mixed use development available to both day and stay visitors. The approvals offer extensive experiential retail, a wide range of leisure and educational facilities, a wellness clinic with operating theatres, 2,850 car parking spaces and up to 2,000 hotel rooms and 250 holiday lodges. So often in new developments, you see buildings branded as "luxurious" and "modern". Oh my god, where has this been all my life? A $3,000 studio that's luxurious and modern? The only above-market apartments I ever want are average and dated. Aren't living experiences that are "luxurious" and "modern" a given in class-A...? They just don't add value (IMO) anymore. We've got to have higher expectations for your brand language if you want renters/buyers to have high expectations for your project. Stop picking adjectives that let your property fade into the background!

What do you think of this Massimo Modular Voyager Unit? The product is eco-friendly, made with materials in the USA, and DRA-approved. Focusing on design and form with panoramic views and luxury living. The design is quite unique and it reminds me of something out of Star Trek or a futuristic scene from a movie. There are plenty of lodging options in the outdoor hospitality industry, and this is one of the more unique options I've seen. Pricing for the Voyager is $99,999/unit.
