So the retrofit program is a great opportunity because many affordable and public housing developments rely on older coaxial copper wiring which is outdated and frequently provides substandard service to residents of these developments. The retrofit program will bring state-of-the-art fiber or CAT6 infrastructure to every unit and participating development which will provide really high speed broadband service. Additional benefits to the program are that service will be more affordable to residents and we are also offering many community benefits such as devices. Digital literacy training and digital navigation support.
