For the last few years, the colder months has meant profitable harvests for salmon farmers. ❄️ But this year has been very different, with prices of exported salmon in Norway dropping +40 nok / kg within a month. 📉 These swings are not new - we've consistently seen large prices fluctuations throughout the year since COVID. This year however, its happening sooner in the year with a more drastic effect.
