It's always a party at Door No. 3! Hat tip for celebrating 30 years in business. I'm grateful to be part of writing this current chapter. From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance. Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it. Holding all of these tensions is the daily work of growth. It's the daily inputs, those little disciplines that compound over time. Keep at it today!

I’m glad to share that this month was my 20th anniversary working for Sensormatic.  What a journey, no words can express so many experiences, challenges, takeaways, projects, technologies, places and memories throughout this wonderful ride, but most importantly, the people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with in many countries and companies. Lucky for me, it’s never been boring, I have engaged in various roles. I was able to "play with the toys" when I was working with the engineering team, the technical side will always be part of my DNA. Working in sales has always been thrilling, talking to so many people and finding the right things to say is definitely an art, I will never forget my first sale, nor my first $1M+ project, what a milestone.  I had the chance to be a trainer, for technical and commercial teams, teaching is learning twice.  Uncountable trade shows in all Americas, many of which I happen to be a speaker.  Later I started leading teams, what a beautiful challenge, glad to see few of these people became leaders themselves.   I had the chance to work with solutions, and contribute to shaping the products and services we offer. And most recently the rush of adrenaline that a strategic account can give you, difficult negotiations, big decisions and the old fashion P&L pressure, but bringing innovation and delivering “the cool stuff”. If you happen to be part of my journey as a professional at any point, I want to thank you for what we shared and especially for the opportunities I received from leaders, colleagues, customers and partners.  Cheers and let it be many more.  Obrigado também a todas as pessoas que fizeram com que o sul virasse a minha segunda casa. Today I was invited to attend the 10th anniversary of #liebherrtowercrancecenter. It is impressive what all employees contribute to this every day. Thanks for this. A very important point that I took away with me is #trust. Without #trust, mistrust remains - and this often leads to uncertainty, misunderstandings and the feeling of constantly having to be on guard. Only when we trust each other can we take risks, be innovative and grow together. Trust is a process that requires time, reliability and transparency. By reimagining how guests interact with their event passes, we designed an airline-inspired experience that combined cutting-edge creativity with functionality. Each ticket was not just a pass but an integral part of a narrative, connecting attendees to the event theme in a truly immersive way including encoding their seat information. Leveraging the power of Adobe/Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, we meticulously crafted unique digital assets that integrated personalization into every ticket. From custom-designed tickets to an interactive check-in process, this project showcased how creativity and technology can elevate the event experience. At PHNYXPRO, we thrive on opportunities to collaborates and push the boundaries of design and innovation, delivering memorable moments for our partners and their audiences.

It’s been exactly 10 days since Visarjan now, and I’ve been thinking about the whole experience- Every year, I eagerly wait for Ganpati Bappa to arrive. The decorations, the energy, the sense of togetherness - it all feels magical. But, as the days pass and the time for Visarjan comes, there's always this bittersweet feeling. This year, while watching the visarjan, something clicked. It reminded me of management in the most unexpected way. When Bappa arrives, we prepare with excitement, planning every detail to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's just like launching a new project or leading a team -  we give it our best, ensuring everything is in place. But then, just as Bappa's stay is temporary, so is every project or decision we make. No matter how attached we are, there’s a point where we have to let go, trusting that the work we've put in will carry us forward. Ganpati Visarjan isn’t just about saying goodbye. It's about knowing when to release control, celebrate the journey, and make space for new beginnings. Either it's Bappa or a project, it gives us long-lasting memories. ✨ So, as I watched Bappa make his way into the water, I realized this - A great leader always know when to hold on and when to let go.
