𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐨 𝐖𝐞 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬?🤔 It’s often said that doctors are the worst patients. If that’s true, then it’s safe to say that medical students aren’t far behind.🫣 We study and know so much about healthy living—exercise, balanced diets, adequate sleep—but often fail to practice these ourselves. 𝐖𝐡𝐲? Because knowledge alone doesn’t always translate into action. It takes intentionality to prioritize self-care, especially when you’re pouring so much of yourself into your work or profession. The truth is, the demands of life can easily push self-care to the bottom of our to-do list. But here’s a reminder: you can’t pour from an empty cup. 𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘥𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘩𝘺𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦, 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦.
