Second Health Week at Lingoda: Wellbeing for Body & Mind 🌿 Lingoda's second Health Week has successfully concluded! Over the course of 5 days, from October 14-18, Lingodies were invited to participate in a range of on-site and online activities, broadening our horizon about the various dimensions of wellbeing on and off work. 🌱 The invaluable support from our partners and sponsors played a crucial role in making Health Week a success. nilo.health led insightful roundtable discussions on meditation, growth mindset, and mental health-centered leadership. Tackling a common topic in the workplace, Bloom contributed with a webinar on stress management.😌 At Lingoda, we’ve always prioritized the link between mental and physical well-being, creating an environment that encourages a healthy mind and body. This year, BARMER hosted educational webinars on nutrition trends and healthy eating habits. Furthermore, we were thrilled to receive goodie bags from our partners BRAINEFFECT and KoRo, filled with nutritious, brain-boosting snacks and supplements. 🎁 🥝 Health Week wouldn't have been the same without the amazing contributions of our talented Lingodies. Sara Hoxhaj, Valentina R., Kajsa Arnlund, Barbara Cafuta and Rita Olah led a variety of sessions, including seminars on the neurobiology of happiness, meditation and yoga, nutrition workshops, and hands-on on-site activities like gratitude expression and a vegan no-cook workshop.
