I used to keep a "win jar." Any time I did something that I was proud of or felt good about, I'd write it on a slip of paper and add it to the jar. When I had moments of doubt or frustration, I'd pour out the jar and read my wins. It'd add a bit of wind beneath my wings. Pretty soon, I didn't have to dump out the jar. I'd just look at it and seeing the jar with wins in it added wind beneath my wings on those low days. I eventually wound up making it a NYE tradition to dump my wins for the year and read them. I didn't keep up with this practice but I think back on it fondly. I might actually pick it back up for 2025 😊

This is great advice. I started doing monthly wins with my partner and it is so great when I am feeling down to look at the victories over the last few weeks, months, years and realize not only how far I have come personally but also the impact it has had on other people!! for anyone interested, we use Airtable and created a form to track everything. Its great!
