There are over 140,000 warehouses, DC’s, and other locations where trucks move trailers in and out. Truck drivers are critical and will always be a key part to network integration and success. 2) The improvement in work life balance and home time for drivers. How many of us spend just a few days home each month and pay $15 anytime we want to take a shower as we do our jobs? That is the reality for todays OTR drivers. 3) The impact of safety improvement has been documented for the ADAS technology we deployed in recent years. The expectation is for more improvement with AV trucks in the future when it is ready to be deployed. And continued driver involvement to that process is critical!
