“Personally, as a Chinese-American who was born and raised in New York’s Chinatown and lived in Flushing, Queens most of my life, Chinese New Year is a very nostalgic time of the year when I get to see family and friends in the community. Like the blossoming of the spring, we start to see a sea of red decorations in homes and on storefronts. There is a lot of positive energy, gatherings with family, generous platters of food, and the gifting of red envelopes for children for good luck and prosperity in the new year." - Kevin D., JetBlue Crewmember

We loved hearing that personal story!
