As an experiment, we asked ChatGPT, "How are PR agencies thinking about and using AI?" We got a detailed response that entailed highlighting tools to leverage and current use cases. At a tablestakes level, these are important insights for any company to consider. In many ways, the answer was simply an overview of an old style of PR overlaid in an AI world. However, where the answer falls short is in highlighting and talking about those ideas and considerations that are so new and forward-looking that ChatGPT doesn't yet have the information to incorporate.
