    This post is a shout-out to the incredible team at @IndicateMedia - past and present. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside many talented and dedicated people. For most of our journey, our business model has been simple: find great people, partner with great clients, keep our heads down, and work relentlessly on their behalf. Recognition or agency growth has never been the overarching goal. The work in front of us, and on a personal note - making sure I was present as my son got older - has always come first. That mindset is paying off. While we’ve helped our clients earn countless awards and accolades, we’ve never actively sought recognition for ourselves. We’ve always preferred to (and still do) stay behind the scenes and focus on pulling the right levers to help our clients succeed. I have learned that it’s important to step back and appreciate the bigger picture and, importantly, the people who make it possible. Whether they’re still part of the team or have moved on to new opportunities, we’re grateful for every person who has contributed to Indicate Media’s success.   • As an experiment, we asked ChatGPT, "How are PR agencies thinking about and using AI?" We got a detailed response that entailed highlighting tools to leverage and current use cases. At a tablestakes level, these are important insights for any company to consider. In many ways, the answer was simply an overview of an old style of PR overlaid in an AI world. However, where the answer falls short is in highlighting and talking about those ideas and considerations that are so new and forward-looking that ChatGPT doesn't yet have the information to incorporate. At Indicate Media, we see a new and innovative way forward. One that doesn't look like it did yesterday or the day before that.     Sometimes in business (and in life) you are able to connect with people that are the yin to your yang. It’s a compliment sandwich. A relationship that simply just works. That’s how I feel about my colleague Peter Moran. Peter and I started working together 13 years ago when Indicate Media was little more than a dream. We had ideas, and we had grit, but everything else needed to fall in place. There have been highs, and there have been lows, but our working partnership and commitment to excellence have endured. Our secret has been our unrelenting focus on always trying to do the right thing and always striving to achieve the best possible results for our client partners. Above everything else, we have always been on the same page right there. It is my pleasure to say that Peter’s title has been changed to that of Co-Founder of Indicate Media. No one deserves the recognition more. Peter, it remains a pleasure to be on this journey with you, and I can’t wait to see what happens next. Yes - more news to come.

    When we show up with each other, we make it count. As a company, we spent time at the arcade, go-kart track, axe-throwing cages, Todd Barrish’s personal bar, and a nice fusion restaurant yesterday. With a spike of competitiveness and a large dose of quality time, we mixed up the perfect holiday retreat. We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on 2024 and celebrate with the people who made it great. Cheers!
