In 2022, we launched our inaugural Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP), co-designed with our employees to better understand their experiences and identify potential barriers to achieving gender equality. The GEAP outlines a progressive framework for systemic, sustainable, and behavioural change, driving us toward true gender equity across our organisation. We have already made significant progress towards achieving actions outlined in our 4-year plan, 59% of our actions are underway, and 33% have been completed. We’re pleased to announce that the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector has assessed our first progress audit and report as compliant. #GenderEquality #InclusiveWorkplace #DiversityAndInclusion
